General cooperation conditions

1. Generally
a) all prices stated in the Anywhere Travel Offer are of orientation.
b) fixed prices are always stated in confirmed booking.
c) a group is considered by minimum of 21 and more persons.
d) accommodation with breakfast for every 21st person in double rooms is free.

2. Reservation
a) Anywhere Travel accepts booking only in written form (post, fax, e-mail) or by means www sides.
b) the booking must include: the exact date of stay (eventually an alternative date), the name of hotel (eventually of an alternative hotel), the number and type of rooms, number of persons, required services (board, guide,…), the name and surname, telephone, fax and eventually e-mail address.
c) Anywhere Travel answers the booking to 72 hours at the latest.
d) In case of the confirmed booking from the Anywhere Travel side it is necessary further confirmation from the client side.
e) Anywhere Travel will send a voucher (accommodation coupon) to the client after fulfilment of the conditions of the article 3aa or 3ba.

3. General Payment Conditions
a) Anywhere Travel accepts payments: by bank transfer, credit cards and cash payments. Cheque payment is possible only after common agreement.
b) Bank transfers: CSOB a.s., Czech Republic,129028186 / 0300, SWIFT code CEKOCZPP
c) Bank transfer is possible in any free convertible currency.
d) The bank transfer payment must be assigned on the Anywhere Travel account in full, all transfer expenses are refunded by payer.
e) Cash payment must be effected only in CZK, EUR or USD.
f) Acceptable credit cards: EC/MC; VISA and AMEX
g) It is necessary to take into account 5 days for the bank transfer.

3a. Payment conditions for groups
a) 50% of the confirmed total amount for booked services has to be deposited. Advance payment must be put to account of Anywhere Travel 30 days before arrival of the group at the latest. Advance payment will be effected on the basis of proforma invoice sent by fax or e-mail.
b) Should the deposit not to be transferred in time - Anywhere Travel reserves all rights to cancel all confirmed services without any warning.
c) Supplementary payment can be effected by bank transfer (minimum 5 days before arrival of the group) or in cash by arrival. If there will be a longer co-operation, the supplementary payment can be effected by final account after finish of the action with maturity of 5 days.
d) As soon as all services are provided the Anywhere Travel will send a balance invoice by post to the given address.

3b. Payment Conditions for individual clients (F.I.T.)
a) 100% of the confirmed total amount has to be deposited. The deposit has to reach the Anywhere Travel bank latest 3 days prior the first booked service should be provided. The advance payment will be effected following proforma invoice sent by fax or e-mail.
b) Should the deposit not to be transferred in time - Anywhere Travel reserves all rights to cancel all confirmed services without any warning.
c) As soon as all services are provided the Anywhere Travel will make out an balance invoice, that will be sent by post on the given address.

4. Cancellation Conditions
a) cancellation fees are stated in per cents from the total confirmed booked price.
b) cancellation fees are counted from the date of cancellation to the date of the first booked service.
c) In case of groups there is also considered for cancellation decrease of number of persons concerning more than 10%.

5. Final appointments
a) confirmed booking is considered for a concluded contract and it is binding for both parties b) eventual reclamation of provided services must be claimed directly by the grantor of the services and in case it is not removed the complaint must be indicated on the voucher and confirmed by the grantor of the services (by stamp of the hotel, restaurant…) and the claim has to be delivered to Anywhere Travel latest 7 days from the date of ending of the whole action.
c) Anywhere Travel must decide on the reclamation 1 month from its receiving at the latest and the client must be kept informed about complaints procedure.
d) the eventual compensation for the services that are not provided or that are faulty will be sent to the client according to the furnished instructions latest 7 days from the conclusion of handling complaints.
e) the eventual compensation will be granted to the Civil and Commercial Law f) possible disputes will be solved by the Law of Czech Republic. The seat of the Court for the solution of disputes is Prague, Czech Republic.
g) sending of a booking is considered for a concluded contract and it is binding for both parties.
h) Anywhere Travel does not provide any kind of insurance for foreign country citizens and it recommends to all its clients to conclude insurance before their travel.
i) Anywhere Travel may be not held responsible for eventual damages, accidents, losses and delays or other events beyond the control of Anywhere Travel (Force majeur).
